Management Overview
Founded in 2000, Chinook Properties has become a respected and prominent mid-sized property management company in the Eugene/Springfield market. We provide excellent customer service, response and follow-up, while benefiting from a solid core of committed owners, vendors and industry contacts.
Chinook Properties charges a fixed percentage of collected rent as our management fee. We do not mark up maintenance vending or other service items. We do not collect our fee until the property is rented, or during vacancies. If our owners have a preferred vendor or prefer to perform repairs themselves we are happy to work with them on these arrangements. If you would like us to coordinate and manage repairs, we will get the job done with our group of independent, licensed contractors.
We handle advertising and tenant vetting needs leading up to a new rental and for any consequent vacancies. Details on our rental criteria can be found on on this website under the Applicants tab. If owners have already occupied properties we are adept at transitioning the tenancy to our management.
We do not require a lengthy management contract with our owners. We would like to keep you as a customer through your satisfaction with our services. How it Works:
In order to keep your financials secure, we use a portal system which communicates directly with your email.
View Your Owner Statement
When you wish to view your reports or other owner info, you can visit the portal and enter your email address. To set up: you will be emailed a single-use link where you can view your statements ands tailor you account. This link does not have a time limit, however, it will only work once.
