Maintenance Requests

Did you know you can now submit maintenance requests online?

Please submit your maintenance request below. Maintenance requests are reviewed Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., except for holidays. For tenant emergencies after business hours, please call (541) 501-1888. Please review the information on the left hand side bar for information on when to call for after hours maintenance. Anything not listed is not an emergency. After hours and weekend maintenance is prohibitively expensive, therefore some conditions will have to wait until the next business day. All non-emergency maintenance requests must be in writing ideally through the tenant portal, the form below or email. To follow up and complete repairs it is crucial that we have complete information on the issue, and a reliable way to consistently contact you.

What is an after hours emergency?

  • Fire Call 911 first, then our emergency number 541-501-1888
  • Smoke inside unit Call 911 first, then 541-501-1888
  • Smelling gas inside unit Call Northwest Natural, 800-882-3377, then 541-501-1888
  • Burst pipe or any water leaks Turn off water at the affected fixture valve, or the main supply, via your main water shut-off valve. Call 541-501-1888.
  • Sewage back-up Stop all water use. Call 541-501-1888.
  • No heat, and outside temperature is less than 55° Call 541-501-1888.
  • If A/C exists and is not working, & outside temperature is greater than 90° Call 541-501-1888.

Did you know that you can now pay your rent online? It's fast, easy, and secure, so why wait? You can pay via direct debit from your bank account with no fees or charges for that service. You can also pay with a credit card. PLEASE NOTE that paying with a credit card will incur an additional fee, charged by the outside vendor that provides that service. If you pay with money orders, there is a system to pay your rent at 7-Eleven or ACE stores. Your rent is automatically posted to your account at Chinook, and you get a receipt on the spot. No more lost money orders or trips to Chinook to drop them off. The stores charge a fee that is comparable or possibly a little higher that the usually money order fee, but you might save on fees if you normally have to buy two money orders to pay rent. Contact Chinook so that we can print you the coupon you need to take with you to ensure that your payment is properly credited.
